Liz Paola is a Master Hair Painter with nearly 20 years of experience in the hair industry. After years of renting chairs, working on commission, and managing busy salons, she created Paola Projects to do things differently—slower, more intentional, and focused on long-term hair health. Liz is passionate about honest care, chemistry-based color, and helping women embrace their natural beauty.

It depends on the service. The Natural Look takes about 2.5 hours, while The Complete Transformation can take over 3 hours. Each session includes treatments tailored to your hair’s health.

Most clients return every 12–16 weeks for maintenance. In many cases, painting is only needed 3–4 times a year. One of the benefits of hair painting is that it grows out beautifully, allowing for more time between sessions compared to traditional highlighting. Your schedule may vary based on your hair goals and lifestyle, but frequent visits aren't the norm here.
